We are often asked to manage special projects for our clients and we love the challenge. Our depth of IT knowledge allows us to face head-on any complicated work that our clients request.

Project work is typical in the IT industry. However, we receive many special requests including wiring and construction that is tailored for special situations.

We are always reasonable in our quotes for time and costs and we do not like to bill for unused time.  Based on the specific workscope, we use a sliding scale to bill special projects. If night work or weekend work is required, when planned in advance, we never bill a higher rate.

For this special project, the client needed us to work at the border in Calexico. There were network problems with the electronic signs. They needed us to troubleshoot network issues. We got them resolved.

At San Diego Computer Consulting, we take a team approach. There are many day-to-day where we need to be onsite. Depending on availability and urgency, we are always striving to give the best customer service that we can.  We can arragne for night and weekeend work.   We have designated staff to hanel jobs during the weekends for after-hours special projects.  This includes cloud server conversions, server upgrades, email conversions, SharePoint converisons and much more.
