San Diego Computer Consulting now offers IT Managed Service contracts.  With a Managed Service package you get one low consistent invoice that covers ALL of your IT maintenance needs.

Lets face it, every customer is different.  Some have newer systems, others have older.  Managed Service by San Diego Computer is a partnership and needs to be reasonable for both sides.  To that end, the process of becoming an Managed Service client starts with an on-site evaluation.  Our Sales and Technical staff will come out and design an offer based on your specific needs rather than trying to cookie cutter you into a standardized package.

  What You Get

Server Management PC Management

Proactive Server Monitoring. San Diego Computer Consulting Monitors your server 24x7x365.  We will generally know within 15 minutes of a problem with your system, often resolving it before you are even aware it exists.  We will make a best effort to contact you of the problem within 45 minutes and will generally be working on the problem within an hour.  Our monitoring examines response, uptime, disk space, backups, and even application performance for many major server applications.    Ever hear someone say "The server seems slow today?"  With our tools we'll have the ability to prove it and determine the cause quickly. 

Router and Switch Management. All changes and maintenance of your network routers and firewalls is included in our service contract.

Anti-Virus / Anti-Spyware. San Diego Computer uses best of breed Antivirus and Antispyware applications.  We will install and manage these applications as part of our service to keep you running smooth and fast.

Remote Tools and Management. San Diego Computer Consulting installs our Management Agent on all workstations.  This agent allows us to "Share the Screen" with any PC in your company, checks workstations for problems, and allows us to even install software for you on-demand.

Service Portal.
All of our Managed Service customers also get a customized service portal with monthly statistics on their network, information on systems, and a service ticketing system with tracking. 

Helpdesk Support.
One option available as part of our service offering is an application helpdesk.  With this option we provide any user in the company help with all major applications, usually within 15 minutes.  How do I do a mail-merge in Word 2007?  Easy, just give us a call. 

Project Discounts. San Diego Computer Consulting also offers customers on our managed service plans discounts on all additional project work.  If you need a CRM system designed and implemented, that new Loan Processing software installed and configured, or whatever you need we've got you covered.
